Hi. I've looked at your vegan male recipes and those meal plans are about 1500 kcal.. Its not good for someone who wants to gain muscles or just look good. Might be good for someone with 50 - 60 kg weight. Personally I would be starving on this diet! App is not clear, there are no recepies and some informations should be added. Last one... when people write their comments in English, please respect them and reply in the same language. Thanks

Gives you a good idea on how to eat daily. However, it doesn't give a recipe for each meal. If someone is switching to healthy eating they need every single thing spelt out for them.
